In 2004, she began her career as a professor of the subject "Prácticas de elaboración de vinos" leading the experimental winery at the University of La Rioja. During the 2005 harvest, she made her first wine for Bodegas Antión, where she continues to work to this day. She is also a taster for international competitions (Tempranillos al mundo, Bacchus, or Zarcillos, among others) and presides over the Asociación Enólogos de Rioja, Navarra y País Vasco.
