Zalema

Its clusters are large and very compact, with also large spherical berries and vegetal flavors. The wines obtained are light, short in aromas (with vegetal, fruity, and fresh notes), moderate in alcohol content, and with slightly high acidity, presenting a pronounced bitterness on the finish.
