Vidadillo

From medium-sized, loosely compact clusters, with medium, spherical, dark bluish-black grapes. The wines have good alcohol content and acidity, with powerful tannins and a high polyphenol content when fully ripened. They allow for long macerations, and aging in oak barrels enhances the longevity of the wines and amplifies their fruity character. With wood aging, the wines stand out for their spiced aromas of black and red fruits, sweet and gentle tannins, and their sophisticated complexity.
