Ruby cabernet
It is valued for its resistance to drought. It produces wines with good color and a pleasant strawberry flavor, but it is generally blended to make bulk wines. In California, it is used to add color and body to bulk wines.

Very resistant to drought and withstands winds well. Vulnerable to oídio.
