The clusters are large, conical, and long-shouldered, with medium-sized, spherical berries offering fresh flavors. The wines have few aromas, requiring cold maceration to achieve optimal results in their extraction, with hints of green fruit and citrus (hierba luisa). These are wines with little structure and that oxidize easily, so early consumption is recommended. They are generally used for blending with other varieties.
