Parraleta

The clusters are medium-sized and very compact, with medium, spherical grapes of a bluish-black color. The grape exhibits good acidity and alcohol content, has mild aromas, and a good polyphenolic content. Its main characteristic is its rusticity and balsamic nature, with notes of wild fruit and spices.
