Pardina

The clusters are medium to large in size, compact, with medium-sized spherical grapes and a thin pale yellow skin. It is a highly productive variety, therefore its wines have little structure, scarce and fresh aromas (hay, parsley, lemongrass), and a sweetish taste. It is commonly used as a blend with other varieties. Although it was previously used for bulk production, its potential is now being discovered for crafting wines with aromas of wild herbs and ripe fruits.
Weaknesses
It is generally sensitive to all mites.
