Pardillo

The bunches are medium-small and very compact. The grapes are also medium-small, spherical in shape, slightly flattened, and greenish in color. The variety provides good acidity to the wines and is usually combined with other grapes to naturally enhance the wine's acidity. Its great resistance to oxidation makes it suitable for barrel aging. It is somewhat limited in aromas.
