Negramoll Rosado

The clusters are small, pyramidal in shape, and loose, with medium-sized, round grapes ranging in color from garnet to green. Due to its color, it is used to produce rosé wines. The grape has good acidity and alcohol content, and the resulting wine is light, with little color, and meant to be consumed early. It is used to produce the so-called "vinos de Tea," aged in Canary pine, a wood that imparts strong balsamic and resinous notes, resulting in more robust and long-lasting wines, somewhat aggressive and predominantly for local consumption.
