Jaén tinto

From small and compact clusters with very good yield. The grapes are medium-sized, spherical, with fleshy pulp and very significant total acid content. They produce silky, smooth, fresh, and aromatic wines (ripe fruit and spices), with a good balance of acidity and medium-intensity colors. They have a slow maturation, reaching their peak from the spring following the harvest.
