Gros manseng

Medium-sized and very loose clusters, with small, spherical berries of intense green color and characteristic vegetal flavors. It is a variety with high acidity and moderate alcohol content, mainly used in blends. It produces dry, fresh, and delicately perfumed white wines. In the Basque Country, it is used for the production of chacolí.

Sensitive to oídio.
