Garrido fino

From large and compact clusters, with large yellow-green berries and watery flavors. Not very high alcohol content, although cold maceration provides fresh aromas of lemongrass and fresh grass. Balanced acidity, sometimes with little body and light on the palate. Produces young and fresh wines, for early consumption and at a good price.
