Gajo Arroba

The clusters are very large and compact (in fact, their name metaphorically refers to their large size, as an "arroba" weighs between 11 and 12 kilos, indicating that the clusters are very large). The size and their productive capacity are inversely proportional to the alcohol content and color intensity, resulting in smooth, light wines with balanced acidity. It is interesting for the production of rosé wines and for blending with more concentrated wines.
Weaknesses
It is sensitive to mites, moths, and botrytis.
