Forcada

The grape variety forcada is an ancestral white grape that has been recovered from the northwest area of the D.O. Penedès, near the Roca Foradada mountain. It is a grape well adapted to the Penedès environment, showing resistance to drought and high temperatures, and stands out for its great aromatic intensity and pronounced acidity, which provides remarkable freshness.
