Folle blanche

From medium and compact clusters, medium-sized grapes, with a round shape and yellowish-green color. It produces very lively, acidic wines, with low sugar content and a pale straw-yellow color. It is also used to produce spirits. In the Loire Valley, it is used to make table wine, where it produces a very dry, acidic wine that pairs well with seafood.
