Doradilla
The clusters are very large, with medium or small grapes of yellow-green color. The wines have a moderate alcohol content, which yields good results for producing young sparkling whites (which enhances the wine's structure and provides freshness).
Weaknesses
It is very sensitive to powdery mildew and botrytis.
