Colorado

The colorado is a variety with shiny and very serrated leaves, small, cylindrical, and loose fruits, and white pulp with red streaks. Late-ripening, its production is of high quality but low yield, requiring significant care. It is aromatically very intense, with certain lactic, liqueur-like, spicy notes, and even hints reminiscent of chocolate, while on the palate it is fruity and smooth.
