Cayetana Blanca

It is a fertile variety that ripens early, with medium yields during pressing. The cluster is medium-sized, compact, and often presents a double cluster. The grape is spherical, medium-small, with thick skin of pale yellow color with freckles. It is a neutral-flavored grape that, when harvested at its optimal ripeness and using modern white winemaking techniques, offers more delicate wines. It is mainly used to produce young wines intended for early consumption.
