Burra blanca

The bunches are large and loose, with big berries. Given its rarity, it is uncommon to find it vinified; rather, it is mostly used for cooking. Its alcohol content tends to be low, and the acidity is also not excessive, resulting in neutral wines. It would be interesting for blending with wines of greater character.
