Valle de Cafayate

Cafayate Valley is one of the highest altitude wine-producing regions on the planet, located in the province of Salta, in the northwest of the country. There, vineyards are cultivated starting at 1,500 meters above sea level, with some vines exceeding 3,000 meters in altitude.
Climate
The insolation to which the grape clusters are exposed, along with the sharp temperature changes between day and night during the harvest, make Cafayate a region with a continental climate.
Soil
Of franco-sandy character.

Located in the province of Salta, in the northwest of Argentina.
