Win Tempranillo. Designed from Tempranillo grapes, this is a medium-macerated red wine. The ethanol was extracted using a sophisticated method that respects the product. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. Bold, complex nose with a powerful presence of red fruits and berries. Pleasant mid-palate with an interesting backbone of sweet tannins.
The main ingredient of Win Verdejo is Verdejo, enhanced with the Viura and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. It’s a white with crisp aromas of green apple and hints of herbs (aniseed, fennel) and a pleasant palate with citrus notes.
Win Espumoso combines the same three varieties as the previous wine: Verdejo, Viura and Sauvignon Blanc. It displays fine, lasting bubbles and a nose with prominent herby and aniseed notes of fennel, with distinctive touches of green apple and citrus fruits. Pleasant on mid-palate with medium acidity that recalls aromas of citrus and green apple. Pleasant fizz.
