Alcohol-free wines have gained a significant foothold and those made by Bodegas Familiares Matarromera are the best. This collection brings together a Tempranillo, a white and a sparkling wine, all three alcohol-free for those of you who like to watch your waistline, care about your health, or want to be able to drive at any time. They have all the benefits of your favourite beverage – polyphenols, anthocyanins and antioxidants – and the same aromas and flavours. These are healthy and natural wines from which the ethanol is extracted using a sophisticated method that respects the product. They were fermented in stainless steel vats.

Win Tempranillo. Designed from Tempranillo grapes, this is a medium-macerated red wine. The ethanol was extracted using a sophisticated method that respects the product. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats. Bold, complex nose with a powerful presence of red fruits and berries. Pleasant mid-palate with an interesting backbone of sweet tannins.  

The main ingredient of Win Verdejo is Verdejo, enhanced with the Viura and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. It’s a white with crisp aromas of green apple and hints of herbs (aniseed, fennel) and a pleasant palate with citrus notes.  

Win Espumoso combines the same three varieties as the previous wine: Verdejo, Viura and Sauvignon Blanc. It displays fine, lasting bubbles and a nose with prominent herby and aniseed notes of fennel, with distinctive touches of green apple and citrus fruits. Pleasant on mid-palate with medium acidity that recalls aromas of citrus and green apple. Pleasant fizz.

Win is the commitment of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera for all lovers of healthy habits, with products suitable for everyone, vegan, gluten-free, low in calories and alcohol content, under the brands Win de-alcholised and Win.0.

The Valladolid-based winery leads an innovative project, whose research began in 2004, thanks to which it became the first company in the world capable of dealcoholizing a natural wine to an alcohol content of 0%.

Low-alcohol wines and alcohol-free wines are specially developed for people who cannot tolerate alcohol, want to take care of their figure, and wish to enjoy all the benefits of wine - polyphenols, anthocyanins, and antioxidants - while preserving all the aromas and flavors. This is achieved at the Molecular Deconstruction Plant, where, through a system known as the Spinning Cone Column, the risk of sensory component loss is minimized, and aromas and alcohol are extracted, achieving a wine full of sensations without alcohol content.
