A 'blanc de noirs' that will seduce you from the moment you uncork it
Veuve Clesse Intemporel is an elegant and versatile blanc de noirs champagne, made with Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir by the prestigious house J. Charpentier. Its balanced, fresh and sophisticated profile makes it a distinguished choice for celebrating (or lunch, or dinner...) with character and style.

Pairing
Veuve Clesse Intemporel an ideal accompaniment for a full meal. It pairs wonderfully with oysters, grilled prawns and scallop carpaccio, but also shines with Champagne Dover sole, tuna with tomato and peppers, or delicate poultry such as herb-roasted chicken.
Very pale straw colour, with small bubbles and good bead formation.
Nose
The nose phase shows a very well-constructed elegance, with an enveloping opening where aromas of ripe white fruit stand out, such as apple and melon, accompanied by floral jasmine notes that bring freshness and finesse. Subtle hints of peppery spice then appear, and later delicate pastry nuances unfold over a buttery backdrop, resulting in a complex, harmonious and highly appealing nose.
Mouth
On the palate it is creamy, refined and silky, with a pronounced fruitiness that gives breadth and a good acidity that enhances the flavours and lends vibrancy. Its mouthfeel is balanced and sophisticated, with a long finish in which notes of citrus fruit reappear.
The cultivation of vines at the Masía de Can Goulart dates back to the 18th century, specifically to 1882, when the Canals family acquired the cellars, making it one of the first sparkling wine producers in Spain. The Canals family still owns the cellars today. Its impressive 1920 building, designed by architect Ignasi Mas Morell, is a prime example of Catalan agrarian modernism and one of its main attractions. Roger Goulart does not own vineyards nor produce the base wine, although he closely follows the entire process. To craft this Brut Nature, he uses the classic trio of regional varieties (Parellada, Xarel.lo, Macabeo), which each contribute distinct qualities: structure, silkiness on the palate, and aromatic finesse.
