The soul and driving force behind the winery, Manuel Raventós Negra, designed this trio of wines primarily using the finest xarel.los from each vintage, crafted with grapes from different plots of the family estate, located in the heart of Penedès, in the so-called Conca del riu Anoia. The vinification method used was the traditional one, which included a minimum aging of 6 years on lees, resulting in a golden sparkling trio in the glass, with great structure, silky texture, and a slightly bitter finish on the palate.
