The production of Veranza Tinto began with the bleeding of 8-10% of the fruit for rosé, which increased the extract of the remaining must. The maceration of the grape started at a controlled temperature of 10-12 ºC and lasted for 12-24 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 28 and 30 ºC and the final coupage of the wine was carried out. Finally, it was clarified and bottled.
Are you wondering what to pair Veranza Tinto with? Grilled white and red meats pair perfectly with this red, which also goes well with cold cuts or pasta alla norma.
