Venta las Vacas 2023 is the latest vintage of the project started by Juan Carlos Vizcarra and Uvas Felices in 2009 in Ribera del Duero. An intense and pleasant red wine made 100% from tinta del país grapes, cultivated in the Burgos vineyards of Las Arras, Tras de San Pedro, Los Valles, and Valcabero, aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Perfect to enjoy now or within the next 5 years.
Venta las Vacas 2023 es la cosecha más reciente del proyecto emprendido por Juan Carlos Vizcarra y Uvas Felices el año 2009 en Ribera del Duero. Un tinto intenso y agradable elaborado al 100% con uvas de tinta del país, cultivadas en las burgalesas fincas de Las Arras, Tras de San Pedro, Los Valles y Valcabero, que fue envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano. Para tomar ahora o en los próximos 5 años.

In appearance, it shows a garnet color with violet reflections.
On the nose, aromas of berries (blackberry, black cherries, blueberries) stand out against a spiced background (vanilla, coconut) with a pleasant toasted touch provided by the wood.
On the palate, it is a powerful and rounded wine. Silky entry with polished tannins and pronounced sensations of juicy red fruits. Balanced and pleasant finish with caramelized and licorice notes.
