Tianna Blanc 2022 is one of the elegant wines that, using native Mallorcan varieties and with a modern approach, is crafted by Celler Tianna Negre, an interesting winery based in Binissalem. In this silky and balanced white wine, the Morey Garau family employed a manual selection of their best giró ros grapes, sourced from organically certified vineyards. A meticulous winemaking process, which included, among other steps, pre-fermentation maceration with the skins and 7 months of aging in concrete eggs with its fine lees and periodic bâtonnage, resulted in this fantastic single-varietal wine of limited production.

Tianna Blanc is a wine that displays a light yellow color with golden highlights.
On the nose, it stands out for its intense and clean aromas of ripe fruit in season, melon, and quince, combined with notes of yeast on a spiced background.

A small inherited vineyard, planted with over 35-year-old manto negro vines in the Mallorcan municipality of Consell, is the origin of Celler Tianna Negre. In 2004, the Morey Garau family took a step further with the construction of the winery, which they inaugurated in 2007 with their first harvest.
Currently, the estate boasts 55 hectares of vineyards spread across seven properties in the regions of Binissalem and Consell. On its calcareous soils with pebbles and clay texture, it predominantly cultivates native grape varieties such as the aforementioned manto negro, callet, gorogollassa, prensal blanc, giró ros, and moscatell de Frontignac. Carefully worked with tradition and the utmost respect for their typicity and terroir of origin, the Morey Garau family crafts wines of remarkable elegance and modern focus, showcasing the potential of the Mallorcan wine scene.
