General Information

For the first time at Vinoselección, we are pleased to introduce one of the wineries responsible for revitalizing the D.O. Ribera del Duero over the last two decades, Bodegas y Viñedos Tábula. A winery with significant international prestige, which has managed to gain market share and recognition in equal measure, thanks to a viticultural heritage based on the tinto fino or tempranillo variety of invaluable worth.

Located in the municipality of Olivares de Duero, Bodegas y Viñedos Tábula was established in 2002 thanks to the drive of José Luis Muñoz Olmos, who, supported by a group of Castilian-Leonese entrepreneurs from various sectors, took on the management of this winemaking house. It boasts 70 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 40 years, cultivated in the most sought-after areas of the D.O. Ribera del Duero.

From one of its iconic estates, La Morejona, planted in 1959 with the tempranillo variety and currently covering 4 hectares of land, comes the wine we now present to you, Tábula 2018, a limited-production red wine meticulously aged in French oak that embodies all the character of the finest Ribera. Don’t miss this exceptional offering, which we also bring to you at an unbeatable price, and let yourself be seduced by a winery that wins over its customers from the very first sip.

Tasting notes

It displays an intense cherry red color with a purplish rim.

Its aromatic phase is complex, fine, and elegant; highlighting aromas of red fruits along with mineral, smoky, and spicy notes that give way to hints of coffee, chocolate, and fine woods.

On the palate, it is flavorful, with good structure and breadth. It develops a fine, well-integrated tannin and a perfect balance overall. A wine with a silky and fluid passage, endowed with a long and persistent finish.
