With very limited production, Sitta Dulce Nana 2020 is a naturally sweet white wine made from the finest selection of sun-dried Albariño grapes from young vineyards. The sweet “passito,” as it is called at Bodegas Attis, involves a rigorous drying process of the carefully selected clusters after harvest. The high concentration of residual sugars from this sun-drying process and its 12 months of aging in French oak barrels result in a sweet, dense, and powerful wine. Sitta Dulce Nana 2020 is citrusy, with notes of dried fruits, honey, long and persistent. It stands out for its perfect balance between sugar and acidity. In short, a sweet wine with plenty of charm.

General Information

Sitta Dulce Nana 2022 is a sweet white wine made from raisined grapes, a single-varietal Albariño from young vineyards located in the Salnés Valley. After the harvest, the grapes are laid out in a single layer on dry heather, protected from rain to raisin the grapes over 2 months. Then, the winemaking process includes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with temperature control and aging of the resulting wine in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Attis Bodega y Viñedo is located in the heart of the Salnés Valley, in Morouzos, a small town on the slopes of Mount Penaguda facing the Rías of Arousa and Pontevedra. Rooted in tradition but with an eye toward a near and modern future, the wines from this winery are characterized by being crafted with maximum respect for the variety, combining all its qualities of acidity, minerality, and fruitiness.

Sitta Dulce Nana 2022 is a naturally sweet wine, belonging to the Denomination of Origin Rías Baixas, and is ideal for pairing with all kinds of appetizers, blue or aged cheeses, foie, and more than one dessert.

Tasting notes

Bright and intense light amber color, with dense tears.

On the nose, it is complex and highly intense. Aromas of orange peel, candied citrus, dried fruits, baked apple, along with mineral and honey notes can be found.

On the palate, it is expressive, flavorful, and broad, with mineral and very ripe fruit notes. Perfect balance between sugar and acidity, with a long, fresh, and pleasant finish.

The winery

In the heart of the Salnés Valley, specifically in the municipality of Meaño, lies Attis Bodega y Viñedos, a family-owned winery that produces authentic, artisanal, and Atlantic wines.

All the winery's creations are made from native varieties of the D.O. Rías Baixas, crafted with the utmost care and respect for the environment and the vines, from cultivation to vinification, including the harvest. The production is entirely artisanal, resulting in wines with a distinct Atlantic character and high salinity, a hallmark of this subzone of the Salnés Valley.
