Señorío del Bierzo Godello 2025 is sourced from old vineyards, between 45 and 55 years of age, planted in-vase and cultivated on slopes over clayey soils with slate. The harvest was carried out manually. Cold maceration of the grapes for 8 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks over 10 days, with a 3-month crianza on its fine lees.
