Pujanza La Paul 2021 reflects all the essence and personality of the tempranillo vines that Bodegas Pujanza cultivates in the La Paul estate, a vineyard located at 610 m altitude on clay-limestone and stony soils, on an east-west facing slope that receives the morning sun. A meticulous production process, completed with 12 months of aging in oak barrels and concrete tanks, resulted in a Rioja that is enticing on the nose and broad and opulent on the palate, with excellent balance and freshness.

Intense cherry color with violet hues. Clean and bright. It is a suggestive wine on the nose, where its fruity character stands out, primarily elegant ripe fruits, accompanied by mineral touches and very well-integrated wood. Opulent and broad on the palate, rounded, with good balance and freshness. Fruity aftertaste, very expressive, persistent.
Behind the name Bodegas y Viñedos Pujanza lies one of the most outstanding winemaking projects in the Rioja region, praised by leading national and international critics. Carlos San Pedro leads the operations and winemaking, a man who has managed to combine the viticultural heritage of his ancestors with a modern oenological vision, where the most important thing is to serve the magnificent vineyard he manages in Laguardia.
