The Real Sitio de Ventosilla, a 3,000-hectare estate acquired centuries ago by Queen Isabella the Catholic, is based in the part of Ribera del Duero that’s in the province of Burgos. This impressive location is home to a cutting-edge winery: Pradorey, who are offering us Pradorey Viñedos Propios 2022. A Tempranillo from an Excellent vintage that’s been lovingly aged in oak for 10 months.

The best wines of La Mancha are produced at the Fernández Rivera family's winery in Ciudad Real. Some people call El Vínculo’s wines ‘the La Mancha version of Pesquera’. And no wonder, because this label has positioned itself among the elite thanks, among other things, to the exceptional raw material provided by old dry-farmed vines which, naturally, are the family’s favourite variety: Tempranillo.
