Pradorey 10 Meses 2024 is a Ribera del Duero designed to be enjoyed without fuss. It's made from a blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and has been aged for at least 10 months in oak barrels – approximately 65% French and 35% American – to round it off without sacrificing any of its freshness. Winemaker Francisco Martín San Juan supervises each batch to maintain the identity of the vintage.
The origin of this sensational red wine is the Real Sitio de Ventosilla, a historic estate dating back to 1503 that spans 3,000 hectares, of which 560 are given over to vineyards. The firm selects grapes from well-oriented plots to ensure consistency and character in each harvest, using sustainable criteria to tend to the soil and the vines.
It’s produced by one of the Spanish wine giants, Bodegas Pradorey, a company founded by the Cremades family in 1996 that’s grown into a leading name in the D.O. Ribera thanks to its blend of tradition and modernity. Its philosophy combines respect for the vineyard with a commitment to innovation, which is evident in its straightforward, well-made wines, such as this blend, which you’re guaranteed to enjoy to the fullest with dishes such as roast lamb or grilled lamb chops, as well as with mature cheeses.

Nose
Intense and refined nose with aromas of black fruits (plum, blueberry) together with spicy, floral notes that give way to hints of roasted coffee and liquorice drops.
Mouth
Balanced, flavourful, pleasant and fruity, with elegant tannins and good acidity. Lively and supple on the palate, with a lingering finish.
Bodegas y Viñedos Pradorey has experienced unstoppable growth since its foundation in 1996. Established as one of the most powerful wineries in the entire Ribera del Duero, the Cremades family’s firm can also boast of having improved its productions vintage after vintage, thanks, in large part, to careful business planning that began when they planted their first vineyards in 1989.
Pradorey (D.O. Ribera del Duero) is an example of sustainability and environmental care. Of the 3,000 hectares that make up the Real Sitio de la Ventosilla estate, 520 –divided into 8 plots– are dedicated to vine cultivation. Javier Cremades, its founder, managed to recover tinta fina (tempranillo) vines over a century old, whose yield, though small, is exquisite and significantly enhances the quality of the winery’s wines.
Since 2007, Pradorey has expanded its scope to the D.O. Rueda, where it built new facilities equipped with the most modern technology. Pradorey’s commitment to innovation is evident in the use of pioneering systems like Boreal, a process for cooling musts with CO2. As for the vineyard, they cultivate both verdejo and sauvignon blanc, with some vines that are up to 100 years old.
