Pale gold color delicately luminous, with green reflections that dance with natural grace. Fine persistent bubbles that anticipate superior quality.
On the nose, it progressively opens to reveal a complex and captivating bouquet. Floral notes full of freshness appear, blending with aromas of dried herbs and chamomile. Alongside a touch of brioche and honey, with light smoky and spicy notes.
On the palate, it begins with a soft and delicate attack. Notes of freshly grated orange peel appear, bringing vivacity, along with hints of mango and plum. The finish is long and memorable, standing out for its creaminess enhanced by the sweetness of bergamot.
The Pommery house was founded in 1836, and its president, Prince Alain de Polignac, is a direct descendant of Madame Pommery, ensuring the preservation of the house's tradition and unique style. Pommery is a magnificent winery built with luxurious Elizabethan-style buildings and features 18 kilometers of underground galleries that house around 29 million bottles. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and 25 hectares of vineyards in Reims, its vineyard is considered the most beautiful in the Champagne region. The Pommery vineyard supplies 30% of the winery's needs, one of the highest supply rates among Champagne houses, complemented by contracts with local winegrowers.
