Emilio Moro conquers the D.O. Bierzo with the white wine Polvorete 2025, the latest addition to a range of wines that seeks the authenticity of the godello variety. A fresh and harmonious wine that invites you to discover the magnificent qualities of this variety.

Polvorete 2025 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Emilio Moro exclusively from godello grapes in the D.O. Bierzo. Specialized in the production of red wines in Ribera del Duero, with its latest addition, Bodegas Emilio Moro, bets on the excellent quality of the godello variety as its flagship in the conquest of lands outside its hallmark denomination.

Fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary aromas of the godello, Polvorete is a youthful, cheerful, harmonious, and highly enjoyable white wine. A wine that represents the virtues of this grape born in an increasingly prominent wine region, El Bierzo. This godello captivates both inside and out.

Description

It was in 2016 when Emilio Moro launched his first godello wine. After much experimentation with other varieties, only this grape offered the intensity, versatility, and complexity they were seeking. Additionally, the complex orography of the D.O. Bierzo, its slopes, microclimates, and soil diversity, allows them to produce unique wines with low production but of the highest quality, featuring great acidity and freshness.

Polvorete 2025 is a perfect white wine to start an evening, pairing well with all kinds of appetizers, Iberian cured meats, or seafood.
