The small-berry Muscat grapes used by Bodegas Fontana to craft this unique single-varietal wine come from vineyards located at altitudes between 700 and 900 meters above sea level, in the area of Fuente de Pedro Naharro in Cuenca. A meticulous winemaking process in the winery, which included fermentation and the wine's aging in stainless steel tanks for 3 months, resulted in this Oveja Blanca Dry Muscat 2025, a distinctive white wine, ideal as an aperitif and to accompany all kinds of dishes with character.
