Le Naturel Pet Nat 2023 is a sparkling wine born from a philosophy of seeking purity: minimal intervention, maximum expression. Made with organic Garnacha Blanca and following the ancestral method, this sparkling wine without added sulfites captures the essence of the Navarre vineyard. Vibrant, fresh, and authentic.
Le Naturel Pet Nat 2023 is made from Garnacha Blanca grapes sourced from low-yielding organic vineyards located in the Yerri Valley, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. The vines grow on fresh clay-limestone soils and have never been treated with synthetic chemical products.
The harvest is carried out manually at the beginning of September, ensuring healthy and expressive grapes. Le Naturel Pet Nat is made with very gentle pressing and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. When the must reaches between 16 and 20 g/l of residual sugar, it is bottled to allow fermentation to finish in the bottle, without a second fermentation or disgorging. This ancestral method preserves the natural bubble. No sulfites are added, and the wine is not filtered, resulting in a slightly cloudy, vibrant, and authentic wine.

Le Naturel Pet Nat is an intense straw-yellow sparkling wine with greenish reflections and slight golden hues. Fine and light bubbles. Slightly cloudy due to its production method without filtration and without disgorgement. It presents a high-intensity nose marked by its freshness, with predominant notes of seed fruits like pear and apple, as well as stone fruit aromas. Complexity is added by the notes from the lees (bakery, creamy touches) and a final honeyed character. It features fine and well-integrated bubbles and a good entry on the palate, offering great breadth, good acidity, and depth, making it very easy to drink.
At Aroa Bodegas, the entire project is focused on sustainable management and the use of natural resources with the least impact on the environment and surroundings. Located in El Valle de Yerri, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges, it is one of the highest areas in Navarra, standing out for its freshness and the influence that the proximity of the Cantabrian Sea brings to its climate. Aroa wines are organic and are crafted through an artisanal process, with the aim of expressing the essence of the place where they are born, without additives or alterations. To achieve the best results, each plot and variety is harvested separately. It has 25 hectares of its own vineyards and an additional 26 hectares under control.
