General Information

Michel Dornfelder Trocken 2021 is a wine that’s rich in extracts and aromas of exotic fruits. It was created from the unique Dornfelder variety and matured to perfection in American oak.

The Michel winery is located in the centre of the Nahe winegrowing region in southwest Germany. The valley has rocky outcrops and a temperate climate that’s conducive to excellent ripening of the grapes and produces wines with a pleasant acidic bite. The firm is synonymous with quality, tradition and passion. Besides the classical varieties, it also cultivates Dornfelder, a dark-skinned grape characterised by its complexity and body.

Michel Dornfelder Trocken 2021 (Nahe, Germany) is perfect with breaded steak or herby rack of lamb.
