The Trentino region encompasses various towns in northeastern Italy and boasts just over 10,000 hectares of vineyards. Austrian and German influences are significant in this area nestled at the foot of the majestic Dolomites, which is the star of our proposal.
Now enjoy the white wine Mastri Vernacoli Pinot Grigio 2022, crafted by the Cavit winery, a benchmark in this production area. Originally from Alsace, the pinot grigio has found one of its best habitats for expression in Trentino. Also internationally known as pinot gris, its outstanding quality will allow you to enjoy a wine with a profile very different from that of national white wines.
Regarding its production, after a prior selection of the best pinot grigio bunches from Roveré della Luna, Valle dell’Adige, Vallagrina, and Valle dei Laghi; these are harvested at their optimal phenolic and glucometric maturity and swiftly transported to the winery. There, the traditional winemaking process takes place in stainless steel tanks equipped with temperature control. Once this phase is completed, the resulting wine is refined in the bottle before being marketed and presented to you.

In the visual phase, it presents a beautiful lemon-yellow color with golden reflections, very bright to the eye.
It exhibits an intense and spicy nose, marked by fruity aromas (pineapple, mango, and litchi) along with citrus notes, fine herbs, floral tones, and a pleasant hint of ginger.
On the palate, it is very balanced and smooth, endowed with excellent acidity that provides freshness. Long persistence, with pronounced mineral notes and exotic fruit hints already announced on the nose.
