Léon Launois Cuvée Réservée Brut is a complex Champagne that’s amazing value for money. It comes from selected vineyards that were harvested by hand and fully expresses the typical varietal characteristics of Champagne. Superb mousse and fine bubbles. Very balanced and slightly creamy.

Léon Launois Cuvée Réservée Brut is a blend of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (20%) and Pinot Meunier (20%). Reserve wines account for between 20% and 40%. The grapes were harvested by hand in cutting-edge temperature-regulated stainless steel vats to preserve their varietal aromas. Brut dosage level of 9 g/l to preserve its freshness, fruitiness and balanced flavours. It was matured at the winery for between 18 and 24 months at a constant temperature of 12°C.
The result is a Champagne with a fabulous mousse and fine bead. Complex, rich nose with notes of stone fruits (peach, plum, apricot) and hints of toast. Very balanced and slightly creamy on the palate.

Léon Launois Cuvée Réservée Brut (A.O.C. Champagne) is perfect with marinated salmon, vegetable pies and Japanese food such as sashimi or tuna nigiri. It’s just as good with marinated seabass.
