Lanson Le Black Création Brut is the flagship of the brand, crafted from the classic blend of chardonnay, pinot noir, and pinot meunier. The grapes come from over 95 selected Crus, half of which are Grand and Premier Crus. During production, malolactic fermentation is avoided to achieve maximum fruitiness and freshness; approximately 30% of the wines are reserve wines, some aged for more than 20 years. This champagne ages for four years in the cellar before being released to the market.

Lanson Le Black Création Brut is a sparkling wine under the A.O.C. Champagne, ideal for pairing with Iberian ham, seared scallops, or lobster salad.
Lanson is today an international brand present on five continents, combining boldness and tradition. The prestigious Champagne brand Lanson was established in 1760 and features the Maltese Cross on its labels as a tribute to its founder, a knight of this order. Today, more than two and a half centuries later, Lanson is the second-largest champagne producer in France, with 19.8 million bottles, and remains an official supplier to the British Royal Household. The Lanson style, internationally recognized, originates from the exclusion of malolactic fermentation during the production process. This peculiarity allows the reserve wines to express their full aromatic richness.
