General Information
Enate Reserva Privada 2020 represents the most exclusive expression of the renowned Enate winery, located in Salas Bajas (Huesca), in the heart of Somontano. With 500 hectares of vineyards and facilities that combine geometric design and natural light, Enate has established itself since 1991 as a benchmark of the D.O. Somontano, thanks to its balance between winemaking tradition and cutting-edge technology.
This wine is a unique blend of merlot and syrah, created especially for Vinoselección members from the winery's best grape clusters. Equivalent to the winery's Reserva Especial but with a personalized label, Enate Reserva Privada 2020 bears the signature of Jesús Artajona, one of the most prestigious winemakers in the country, who has worked closely with Vinoselección's technical team to shape this new vintage.
Due to its character and structure, Enate Reserva Privada 2020 is the ideal companion for intense dishes, such as beef cheeks in red wine.
The winery
Viñedos y Crianzas del Alto Aragón, a winery from Somontano known for its range of Enate wines, has been a key player in the winemaking revolution experienced in this production area of the province of Huesca. Founded in 1991, its modern facilities located in Salas Bajas cover an area of over 12,000 square meters, where the constant nod to culture has become the hallmark of the winery. The enological direction of the company is led by the renowned Jesús Artajona.
