A complex range of varietal aromas immediately emerges, dominated by green apple and ripe peach together with aniseedy notes of fennel and exotic hints of guava and passion fruit against a subtle minerally background that lends it depth and tension. Intense and well-defined on the nose, with predominant fresh and exotic fruit, ending with subtle mineral hints.

Full, creamy texture on the palate with marked freshness thanks to sustained acidity, which also lends it liveliness and balance. It has a slightly syrupy, lingering finish with a sense of depth. Overall, it has a full-bodied, flavourful palate with good length and a clean finish.
