Les Cousins L'Inconscient 2023 a project based in the village of Porrera and conceived by two cousins, Marc and Adrià, who, after sharing experiences, friends, and work since childhood, founded this winery with the commitment to convey their way of understanding life, focusing their efforts on being able to reflect moments and emotions in each of their creations.

Les Cousins L'Inconscient 2023 aims to capture the innocence, freshness, and laughter shared by the winemakers in their childhood and youth. A jovial red wine resulting from a coupage dominated by garnacha (30%), cariñena (20%), and merlot (20%), complemented by a well-judged addition of cabernet sauvignon (15%), syrah (10%), and viogner (5%), all sourced from Porrera.

To produce this red wine under the D.O.Q. Priorat, the grapes are hand-harvested in 12 kg boxes and pass through selection tables before entering the winery. Once destemmed, the fruits ferment in stainless steel vats, where they macerate for 6 to 10 days before being pressed. A 7-month stay in 7000-liter French oak vats completes the vinification of Les Cousins L'Inconscient 2023, a pleasant wine full of freshness, designed to be enjoyed.
