Some of the finest white wines from the French Burgundy region originate in Chablis, and the Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre winery has been crafting them with proven expertise since 1745. Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume 2023 is one of their most iconic offerings.
Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume 2023 is a wine born from chardonnay vineyards planted on steep limestone slopes, which imparted it with a distinctive minerality. A white wine that rightfully stands at the top of this renowned production area of French Burgundy.
Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre crafts one of its most appreciated chardonnays following a philosophy based on meticulous artisanal viticulture, which has made it a benchmark of the A.O.C. Chablis. After a strict manual selection of the best grapes from the 10 hectares of Fourchaume vineyards, the vinification and maturation of this Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume 2023 were carried out on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 12 months. The process preserved the typicity of the variety and its terroir of origin, offering a rich, fruity, and mineral chardonnay, exquisite for pairing with fish, white meats, and especially dishes with a curry base.

At the helm of the estate are Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre, a couple who personally oversee both vineyard work and winemaking, based on sustainable, environmentally friendly, and traditional practices. All with the aim of offering, through their wines, the finest expression of the minerality and complexity of their remarkable terroir.
