Casa E. di Mirafiore Dolcetto D'Alba 2020 comes from vineyards located in Serralunga d’Alba, at an altitude of 300-350 meters, with southeast and southwest exposure. The clay-limestone soils and the continental climate, with cool nights, promote balanced ripening. The dolcetto variety brings intense fruit and freshness, expressed with purity thanks to organic viticulture.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 8-10 days at 25 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation in cement tanks before November. The wine ages for 2 months in large oak barrels (20-140 hl) and 6 months in bottle, achieving a balance between structure and freshness.
