After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed, and a pre-fermentation cold maceration was carried out to preserve the primary aromas to the fullest. Next, the traditional alcoholic fermentation took place with its own yeasts at a controlled temperature. This was followed by a post-fermentation maceration lasting 10 to 15 days and the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Los Cardos Malbec presents an intense violet-red color. On the nose, it stands out with notes of red fruits; a sweet, spicy, intense aroma, with hints of floral scents such as violets. On the palate, it is smooth, velvety, and fresh, with a very good balance.
