Experience has taught us that any small winery can produce small great gems. This collection is a good example. It comes from Montegaredo, a family-run firm located in Boada de Roa (Burgos) in the heart of Ribera del Duero that’s housed in a distinctive pyramid-shaped building semi-buried in the ground: the only pyramid winery in the world.
We discovered its wines in a blind tasting two years ago and loved them. And as you liked them too, this time we’ve put together a collection of their three labels: Pirámide, their most personal and original wine; Montegaredo Crianza, the entry-level label; and the top Montegaredo Gran Selección. A collection of Ribera del Duero terroir wines that combines elegance and complexity.
