Crafted with carefully selected grapes from the winery's own vineyards in the south of France, Beau Viva 0.0% Sparkling Rosé 2024 reflects the richness of its origin. The Mediterranean climate, with abundant sunshine and well-drained soils, promotes the optimal ripening of the grapes used in this excellent alcohol-free wine.
Beau Viva 0.0% Sparkling Rosé is the result of two years of research and development. The winemaking process is fully controlled by Maison Saint Aix, and the alcohol is gently removed through vacuum distillation, preserving the most delicate aromas. Its production concludes with the addition of carbonation to achieve an elegant and persistent bubble mousse. This dealcoholized wine has the added value of being vegan-friendly and also boasts a low sugar and sulfite content, with less than 10 kcal per 100 ml.
Maison Saint Aix, renowned for its excellence in rosé wines, is responsible for Beau Viva 2024. Located in the south of France, this winery combines tradition and innovation and is led by winemaker Nicolas Quiles, who brings his expertise in sparkling wines to create this alcohol-free alternative that has proven its high quality, as it retains all the flavor and aromas of the base wine.
Beau Viva 0.0% Sparkling Rosé 2024 can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, but it also pairs perfectly with desserts featuring red fruits, such as raspberry or strawberry tarts.

Vibrant pale pink color with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, a floral bouquet with notes of rose petals, citrus such as lemon and grapefruit, and fresh red fruits. On the palate, refreshing flavors of citrus and red fruits, with minerality that adds weight and purity. Clean and dry finish, with natural acidity that invites continued drinking.
