Its production concludes with the addition of carbonation to achieve an elegant and persistent bubble mousse. This dealcoholized wine has the added value of being vegan-friendly and also boasts a low sugar and sulfite content, with less than 10 kcal per 100 ml.
Maison Saint Aix, renowned for its excellence in rosé wines, is responsible for Beau Viva 2024. Beau Viva 0.0% Sparkling Rosé 2024 can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, but it also pairs perfectly with desserts featuring red fruits, such as raspberry or strawberry tarts.
Vibrant pale pink color with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, a floral bouquet with notes of rose petals, citrus such as lemon and grapefruit, and fresh red fruits.
