Located on the edges of the Alto Duero, Bodegas Tionio (D.O. Ribera del Duero) is the Castile and León winery of the Raventós Codorníu group. Bodegas Tionio is situated on the Pago de Casar estate, in Pesquera de Duero, and features an emblematic vineyard: finca Asperilla, in the neighboring area of Peñafiel (Valladolid). Finca Asperilla houses 20 hectares of tinta fina (tempranillo) vines and 2 hectares of cabernet sauvignon. These vines benefit from a climate with significant temperature variations, producing fruits rich in color and aromas.
