General Information
Attis Embaixador 2022 takes its name from the vineyard it originates from and perfectly expresses all the peculiarities of the soil in which it is rooted. It comes from a small granitic and clayey terroir, located 50 meters above sea level, in one of the best areas of Rías Baixas, where 60-year-old vines grow, arranged in traditional trellises and cultivated organically.
With a selection of the best Albariño grapes from this unique plot, Attis Bodega y Viñedos crafted its Attis Embaixador 2022. A distinctive white wine that, thanks to alcoholic fermentation in granite and aging in stainless steel tanks for 2 years on its lees with batonnage, enhances all the characteristics of the variety, especially its saline and mineral touch.
Respect for the vineyard and the terroir are the foundations of the family project that is Attis Bodega y Viñedos. Despite its youth (founded in the year 2000), the venture by brothers Robustiano and Baldomero Fariña has already become one of the most prominent in the D.O. Rías Baixas. It has achieved this due to the high quality of its wines and their diversification, all with a common thread: the commitment to Galician native varieties, both white and red.

All the winery's creations are made from native varieties of the D.O. The production is entirely artisanal, resulting in wines with a distinct Atlantic character and high salinity, a hallmark of this subzone of the Salnés Valley.
